Larger, heavier or palletised items may take longer — we will tell you if that applies. Palletised deliveries are normally kerbside and someone must be available to receive them. Some remote UK areas may take longer.

Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first and we will send a returns form and the return address. Items must be unused and resaleable; there is no restocking fee. If an item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the return.
